To qualify for a return or exchange:

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

Exchange Process

If you receive a product with a size issue, manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Eligible Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged after delivery.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

• Used, washed, or altered products.

• Requests submitted after the 10-day return period.
